[/caption]Turtlehomes.co.uk online estate agents were launched in 2008 by Richard Tuck B.Sc (hons), MARLA. Having achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 1998, Richard became involved in the property industry initially as a trainee letting negotiator. Following successive promotions and various employee of the year awards he quickly progressed to become a director of one of the largest Letting Agents in the Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Wiltshire area.
In 2005 he founded a Land and New Homes department for a regional independent estate agency, he was also responsible for designing the company websites and IT structure. It was in 2008 that Richard came up with the idea of setting up turtlehomes.co.uk online estate agents by creating a formula that offers traditional estate agency methods with minimum overheads in order to pass fee savings to the seller.
